You all continue to prove, time and time again, that you’re the best automotive service center in Winston-Salem! I truly appreciate everything you do and the way you always take care of your customers. When I was stranded with car trouble while vacationing in Myrtle Beach, you didn’t hesitate to help. You coordinated with the repair shop there, helped make sure the issue was properly diagnosed, and gave me the confidence that my family and I would be back on the road safely. That level of customer service is hard to find, and it means more than I can say. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for always going above and beyond. I’ll never hesitate to recommend your shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and exceptional service!

I've trusted AC Auto with my vehicles for more than 15 years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Over the years, they've worked on several of my cars, and what sets them apart is that they act more like trusted advisors than mechanics. Unlike some dealerships that seem eager to recommend unnecessary services, AC Auto always has my best interests at heart—not their bottom line. They take the time to explain how my car is performing, what maintenance may be needed in the future, and whether a repair can safely wait. I appreciate their honesty about how many miles I can expect to get before a service becomes urgent, which helps me plan and budget accordingly. Scheduling is easy, communication is excellent, and they're always efficient with their time. When I wait for my vehicle, they're respectful of my schedule and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. AC Auto has earned my confidence time and time again, and I highly recommend them.

The Best Auto Repair Shop in Winston-Salem & the Triad — AC Auto Earns Every Star... If I could give AC Auto 10 stars, I would. Owner Adam and his team have built something truly rare in the auto repair industry — a shop where integrity, transparency, and genuine customer care come before profit. AC Auto is a one-stop shop for virtually any vehicle need, but what sets them apart has nothing to do with the range of services they offer. It's the customer care. Honestly, their customer service surpasses what you'd expect even from a high-end dealership. Here's what makes them different: Adam and his team photo-document every issue they find on your vehicle and then sit down with you — face to face — to walk you through your options. No pressure, no confusion, no wondering if you're being told the truth. You leave with documented proof and a clear picture of exactly where your vehicle stands. My experience is a perfect example. My car had reached the end of its road. The news wasn't good. But here's what impressed me most — Adam and his team could have talked me into repairs they knew were only a temporary fix. They didn't. They refused to take my money for work that wouldn't provid

After significant mechanical work my vehicle is running very well. The skip is organized and through. Communication is clear and accurate. They do listen to customer concerns.

I had a minor emergency today when I accidentally hit a neighbors garbage bin, cracking and breaking the passenger-side mirror on my boyfriend’s car! YIKES! 😱 After a frantic google search, I found this place, called and was immediately met with PHENOMENAL customer service from Eric! He told me to come on by so they can have a look. My 90 seconds spent freaking out (bc I needed this fixed before getting the car back to my man! lol) turned into a 90 minute on the spot repair!!!! 😭🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 Got there at 11AM and was out of there before 12:30PM!!! The owner was not playing about me, his business, their staff, or their other customers!! They ordered the part, had it delivered from a local Advanced Auto Parts and got it done for a reasonable price given the same-day convenience!! Thank you to EVERYONE there for doing such a quality job and keeping my time restraints in mind. Yall literally performed MAGIC today! I overheard how they were answering questions, inquiries and explaining repairs to other customers and it was all so professional! They are super knowledgeable, personable, and customer service driven! The owner and the staff do not play about their customers! Their techs
